Privately owned community water systems serving subdivisions, rural communities and small towns. We study state drinking water rules closely, and we work with your state utility commission on every approval a sale requires.
Wastewater systems
Privately owned sewer utilities and package treatment plants, including systems a developer built to serve a subdivision. If your plant needs an upgrade or a new permit, we can talk about that openly.
Outdoor advertising
Independent billboard companies. You built the permits and the landowner relationships, and we respect the ground leases that come with them. Permits are governed by state highway beautification rules, and we plan any digital conversion only where the law allows it.
Grain elevators
Independent, family-owned country elevators and grain storage businesses. We respect state licensing, bonding and indemnity requirements, and we value the relationships your producers count on.
Cemeteries
Independent cemeteries and memorial parks. We honor perpetual-care obligations and work with state regulators on every trust transfer. For nonprofit cemetery associations, we also offer long-term management partnerships that keep ownership with the association.
